I understand the suspension is a reoffence prevention method, however the fact that our laws even allow a judge to throw down a 6 year jail sentence for vandalism is discusting, a very big sign our legal system is in the gutter. Where a drunk driver who kills somebody receives litte to absolutely no jail time and a vandal can potentially receive 6 years.
