The Under Pressure graffiti jam in Montréal, one of the oldest running graffiti events in North America, is on its way once again. Despite such givens, Under Pressure needs your support and hence we are throwing a Breakestra in which 2 on 2 battles will occur all day long until we crown a winning team.

The event will help raise much needed funds for Under Pressure all the while continuing to support local Montreal hip-hop culture by means of bridging the elements of Breaking, DJing, MCing and Graffiti all in one show.

Breakers will compete in the skatepark’s skatebowl with classic cuts provided by DJ Devious all the while being hosted by both Montreal Underground Hip-hop artist Mickey Boston and West Island’s Pride, David Hodges.

Three judges will judge the event while prize packs provided by Converse will also be awarded. Vintage boomboxes will also be on display while entrance will only be a donation of $5.

B-boys and b-girls must register their teams of 2 by 12pm (high noon) Saturday, August 7th 2010.
